Using the Pointfuse community hub

Hello, and welcome to the new Pointfuse customer hub!

We’ve set this up this page to bring together the Pointfuse community into a centralised location where we can more easily help each other out.  The space we have created is designed to make it easier to find answers, or to raise a question if you can’t.

So what is inside, and how does it work? Let’s take a look:

1.       Knowledge Base

The knowledge base will be where we publish articles relating to anything ranging from common support issues to recommended workflows with other software. Included in here will be updated user guides, troubleshooting guides as well information around recent and upcoming releases. This will be your first port of call when looking for a solution, or a tip for how to make Pointfuse work in your workflow.

2.       Community

The Pointfuse community really is your area, not ours. This is the space where you can ask questions to other users, or indeed to us. Chances are if you have a question, someone else will have the same one too. As Pointfuse continues to grow, these forums will provide a wealth of knowledge to new and existing users, so we are hoping for your help in getting the ball rolling on this one.

3.       Submit a Ticket

Finally, for some one-on-one support you can get hold of our support team by raising a ticket. Within the “My Area” section of the hub, you are able to track the status of any tickets you have raised and speak directly with the Pointfuse team.

Every forum started out with just one post, but we hope that you will help us to create a useful tool for all of our users, making it easier than ever to get the support and information you need, right when you need it.

We will look forward to your first post and cannot wait to get things started.

The Pointfuse Support Team.
